Our company has different divisions, each one dealing with different areas: concerts, corporate events organization and weddings - at the beautiful island of Mallorca/Spain.

Our customer portfolios includes big companies like McDonalds, Deutsche Bank, Bulgari, GE, HP, Trivago and we are proud to have hosted concerts with big artists like Michael Bolton, The Jacksons and Lionel Richie next year.

Seminars, Meetings, Festivals, all have one thing in common: lot of clients and staff employees sharing information.

At the beginning, we used emails as the main communication channel for support questions, but it was impossible to find the right workflow: did you answer this question? Why did you send an agreement if I have cancelled the order yesterday? And so on and on.
